My Favorite Thigh Workout

 

 

Front Squats

 

 

FULL SQUATS

 

My favorite thigh workout of all time was one wherein I started off with regular FULL SQUATS then proceeded to do FRONT SQUATS and then followed it up with SEATED LEG CURL.

When this workout was hit hard with decent weights and not much rest between sets I would get in and out of the gym in under 25 minutes after warm-ups with thighs that were pumped and ready for rest and food!
